Corum Webb, Executive Director

Corum was apointed as Executive Director of the TCTA in October of 2011.  Before joining the TCTA, Corum spent five years as an attorney with Farris Mathews Bobango where he had the opportunity to study and draft legislation on issues of cable and telecommunications law and policy.  He also has a strong background as a regulatory attorney, representing various public utilities and cable companies before the Tennessee Regulatory Authority.   Prior to his work with Farris Mathews Bobango, Corum practiced as a litigator with the Bosch Law Firm in Knoxville. 

Corum has already had the opportunity to distinguish himself on key issues in the industry - not only in Tennessee but across the nation - and has addressed legislators from around the country in Washington, D.C.

He obtained both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees  from the University of Tennessee.
